Oil stain- salad dressing, lipsticks and auto grease create oil stains on clothing. To solve this problem, apply liquid detergent directly to the soiled area. Allow the item to stand for 15 min before laundering. The detergent will loosen and disssolve the soil so that it can be lifted away in the wash.

Protein stains-When your baby spits on your shoulder, you will surely panic. Milk contains organic matter that will harden and set over time or when exposed to hot water. Hence, soak your stained clothing in cold water for at least 30 mins before laundering. You may consider using a drop of hydrogen peroxide solution to the stain. (beware that it might decolour your clothing)

Tannin stains- Wine, coffee,soft drinks etc are the common cause of tannin stains. To solve this problem, simply pretreat them by soaking in cold water, then wash in the hottest temperature appropriate for the garment.

Dye stains-Food with strong colours such as blueberries or mustard create dye stains. Simply pretreat dye stains with direct application of detergent to the stained area and then wash in the hottest water appropropiate for the fabric and the problem is solved!

1. Examine each garment and decide whether to keep, toss, sell, repair, or store it. If neccessary, try on the garment to make a decision.

2.Look at the garment, if you really love it, keep it back on the rack. If not, put it into an appropriate box or throw it away! Do not leave unused garment on the rack.

3.Do not put out of place items such as sports equipment, fishing poles and stapler into the closet.

4.Arrange the garments according to colour on the newly spacious hanging rod or cleared shelf

Chandeliers offer romantic lighting so why should we simply confine it to the dinning room? We can use it to decorate our master bedroom, living room or even kitchen. The advantage of having Chandeliers is that it will add a touch of elegance to grand rooms as well as liven up mundane rooms such as bedrooms and kitchen.

Mirror is an interesting tool in planning your home decoration. The use of mirrors can create visual illusion of expanding a cramp room. It magnifies light and creates a sense of space.

 Now, there are two important tips to using a mirror.

First Tip: Maxismise the effect of mirror by placing the mirror opposite a light source, such as a window or near a doorway.

Remember that there are times of the day or year that direct sunlight can be a nusiance. If that is the case, do provide shutters or shade in order to reduce the dazzle.

Second Tip: Always consider the reflection in the mirror

Why is that so? It is because the effect of using a mirror in home decoration will be nice only if what the mirror is reflecting is beautiful! Never place the mirror opposite unsightful objects although that is seldom the case.

But if there is really an ugly view that could not have been avoided, then use a pretty sheer panel to cover the window that is being reflected.
