Paint a window inside out. Open the window a few inches on top and bottom and paint it. After that, open both halves so that you can paint the portions of the rails that are left exposed.
After you are done with the windows, move on to painting the frames using the dry into wet method.
To ensure that the paint is completed, check for any missed spots or sags on the paint. If there are any missed spots or sags, use the tip of the brush to brush them out.
Remember that paint can run down over the window and collect on it. Hence, be mindful of the window sill!
