Bleeding normally occurs on painted wood containing knots that have not been sealed properly. Resin tends to bleed out of knots if you expose it to sunlight as it damages the paint film.
To rectify this problem, strip back the damaged area to bare wood, treat the knot with a knotting solution. Allow the surface to dry, then prime it and finally, repaint the affected area.
Crazing is a pattern of tiny cracks, similar in appearance to crazy paving. It normally occurs either when incompatible paints are used together or when a layer of paint is applied over a previous coat that was not completely dry. If there is such a problem, try to rub the cracked surface until it is smooth with your hand or sand paper.
Finally, you should repaint it until it is really smooth.
